Make these party cracker favors to ring in the Chinese New Year. These are perfect for your celebrations at home, a restaurant or even as a fun treat for kids to take to school and share with their friends. Only a few supplies are needed to make this fun craft! Don't forget to add goodies inside!
Place your candy and toys inside a craft roll tube. For mine, I used one folding fan, one pen and about 3 to 4 gold chocolate coins.
Cut a piece of red tissue paper wide enough to wrap around the craft tube, and long enough to be able to tie each end and still have extra “fringe”. Place a piece of scotch tape to hold the tissue and roll the tube until the entire tube is covered with tissue.
Secure the end with another piece of tape.
Tie each end with a piece of bakers twine.
Use one of your treat bags to wrap around the tube for added decoration. It will be perfect to hold all the goodies tucked inside once the cracker is opened. Secure with Scotch tape.
