Fall is the perfect time to go outside and gather Mother Nature's freebies to mix with your craft supplies! Acorns, pinecones, fallen twigs, and beautiful leaves are versatile—and FREE—materials with which to craft. Celebrate the season of deep, rich hues by making this lovely wool felt pom-pom acorn wreath. Send the kids on a scavenger hunt to find the largest caps, then bring them home and get crafty. Once you are finished with your beautiful wreath, you can use the extras to make ornaments, napkin rings, and garlands.

Cover your foam wreath form in burlap to avoid seeing the white styrofoam through the gaps of the acorns. Cut 8 to 10-inch pieces, wrap them around the form, and hot glue the ends to secure in the back.
