DIY colorful confetti wedding menus to display at each place setting at your reception. This project does triple duty: gives each guest a menu, provides confetti to toss at your first dance, and adds some colorful decor to your table. This DIY project goes great with the Colorful Spring Tablescape I styled. Weddings bursting with color are some of my favorites!
You'll need to type out your menu and print it on colored cardstock. Size the menu to be at least 1" smaller than your glassine bags on each side. Here I used 5" x 7" glassine bags and printed 2" x 3" menus. Once you've cut the menus down to size, add one glue dot to the back of each corner.
Stick the menu to the center of the glassine bag.
Create a custom mix of paper confetti that matches your wedding colors. Here I used the light pink, orange, white, and yellow confetti.
Fill the bags with the confetti. Use enough that it looks full, but not too much that the bag doesn't lay flat.
Fold over the top flap of the bag. You can use another glue dot here to hold down the flap.
Display one menu at each place setting. Check out my Colorful Spring Tablescape to learn how to style this whimsical reception table.
