We have been obsessed with confetti balloons for some time now and have been dying for a chance to create our own! So, when we started putting together...
Hold open the opening of the balloon and begin to add a pinch full of the Black White and Light Pink Confetti into the balloon. Make sure to try to touch each piece of confetti with your fingers, as this creates more static and allows the confetti to stick the sides of the balloon
Next, rotate the knob on your Small Helium Tank four counter clockwise turns to prep the tank for dispersing helium. Take the mouth of the balloon and carefully place is over the nozzle of the Small Helium Tank. Gently press down on the nozzle and fill the balloon with helium. Once it has reached its capacity, tie a knot in the balloon.
Shake the balloon to spread the confetti evenly.
Attach a piece of Black Satin Ribbon to the knot of your balloon .
