For our Wine Inspired Bridal Shower, we wanted to incorporate a DIY that would add a personal touch to our dessert bar. We knew we couldn’t go wrong with a cork monogram using the initials of the bride and groom to be! This DIY created a bold centerpiece that truly just made the table! So, gather your corks and get ready to create a simple and chic DIY perfect for the wine-loving bride in your life!
Begin by cutting the Bottle Corks in half width-wise. Make sure to make as even a cut as possible so the corks lay flat on your wooden letters. Cut enough Bottle Cork halves to cover your two wooden letters and Ampersand symbol.
Using the Superbonder Cool Shot Low Temperature Fused Mini Glue Gun and Superbonder Cool Shot Low Temperature Mini Glue Sticks begin gluing the Bottle Cork halves (cut side down) onto the first of your wooden letters.
Continue gluing the Bottle Cork halves until your first wooden letter is full covered.
Repeat this process for your second wooden letter and Ampersand symbol.
You can now proudly display this personal homage to the bride and groom! We loved how this cute and simple DIY served as the perfect centerpiece for our Wine Inspired Bridal Shower. We even added in a floral detail to color coordinate with our bridal shower color palette.
You simply can’t go wrong with this DIY! Bottoms up!
