Carnival tickets can be used to create party decor that is both stylish and cost-effective. This colorful ticket backdrop, inspired by the fun crepe paper trend, is so easy to put together. I love the bold and vibrant color blocked look as a statement piece for my County Fair Inspired Birthday Party.
The backdrop is created by using multiple layers of tickets in blocks of color.
For the first layer of tickets, tear strips of tickets Blue Blank Double Roll Tickets the height of the wall and attach them to Fabulous Foam Double-Sided Tape. Attach to the wall.
Next, repeat and add a section of Green Coupon Double Roll Tickets and additional colors across the wall. Continue to cover the length of wall required.
Next, start the second layer of tickets. These tickets go over the top of the first layer, use an alternative color to the layer below. Attach Magenta Coupon Double Roll Tickets to Fabulous Foam Double-Sided Tape. As mentioned, attach in front of the first layer. Bend the tickets and attach them from the ceiling to have space between layers.
Alternatively attach the second layer of tickets directly onto the bottom layer. Next tear off parts of this layer to create a shorter length. Allowing the bottom layer to peek from behind.
Next, repeat and add a third color, such as the Yellow Star Single Roll Tickets.
Again, tear off tickets from the top layer. Create staggered layers on an angle for some layers.
For other layers create differing angles, tearing off tickets in graduating levels.
Complete the ticket layers in alternating colors and with differing angles. Once complete you have the perfect backdrop for your birthday party celebrations.
