Spring is here and it’s time to prepare for the Easter holiday season! It’s time to spruce up your mantel with Easter decor, spring flowers and DIY crafts. I love getting my kids involved with holiday prep and have a whole bunch of spring craft ideas planned for the next few weeks. First on the list are these fun, but simple DIY Easter Bunny Candy Jars. They are easy enough for my 1st grader to assemble, but interesting and challenging enough for my 4th grader to enjoy them too. They would look great on a mantel, are a perfect DIY party favor or a great Easter gift for friends and neighbors. Be sure to download the Free Easter Bunny Ears Printable here! Here’s how you make them!
Fill the Short Jars with White Jelly Beans.
Download the Free Easter Bunny Ears Printable here! Print on heavy white card stock (I like 110lb) at 100%. Cut out the Easter bunny ears from the printed template.
Hot glue the Easter Bunny Ears to the Short Jars.
Hot glue a pair of Black Googly Eyes to the Short Jars.
Hot glue a white Acrylic Glitter Pom Pom to the back of the Short Jars.
Cut a strand of White Sparklet Glitter Ribbon and tie a bow around the Short Jars.
