My family loves a good Ugly Sweater Party. It’s such a fun party idea that gets friends and family excited. We always have lots of laughs and fun.
I’m sharing an easy and inexpensive no-fuss DIY Ugly Sweater Garland today. It only takes minutes to make and is so darn cute for any Ugly Sweater Party display.
You just need a few supplies and will love how it turns out.
Get your supplies ready. You will need ugly sweater dessert plates, red tinsel garland, clothespins, plaid tablecloth roll, and scissors.
Cut out 8 in. long by 5 in. wide rectangles from the plaid tablecloth roll. Cut out a large triange from the bottom of each rectangle to create a pennant shape.
Alternate clipping the banner pieces on the red tinsel garland. Pin an ugly sweater plate and then the plaid pennant. Use the clothespins to secure them tightly.
Hang and display at your Ugly Sweater Party! We can’t wait for our annual Ugly Sweater Party this December! I will definitely be adding my new Ugly Sweater Garland to the tacky decor.
