If you're looking for a colorful backdrop for a fiesta, then look no further than this fiesta inspired balloon garland! This garland backdrop was the focal point of our First Birthday Fiesta. With its bold colors and wow-worth impact it would also work well for a fiesta baby shower, fiesta themed retirement party, or any other fiesta you can dream up. In just a few easy steps you can have a colorful balloon garland that will demand attention at your next party.
Blow up the balloons included in the fiesta balloon garland kit using the included air pump. Inflate some orange and emerald balloons as well to add more contrast and color to the garland. When making a balloon garland, it's nice to blow up balloons of different sizes to add more variety and visual interest.
Place balloons inside the holes of the kit's balloon strip. I like to add my balloons to every other big hole in the balloon strip. Be sure to mix up the color and size of the balloons as you're adding them to the strip.
Hang the balloon strip filled with balloons on the wall. I like to use push pins to hang my garland.
Attach a fiesta tassel in the middle of the balloon garland using clear tape and drape it between balloons.
Cut some honeycomb avocado decorations off the garland string. Open and adhere the honeycomb middle so the avocado is open. Use glue dots (included in the fiesta balloon garland kit) to adhere the avocado to the balloons. Add a few more avocados to the garland.
Cut some paper tacos off of the taco garland and use glue dots to stick them onto a couple balloons within your garland. Fill in any empty spaces with extra balloons. Use the included glue dots to adhere these extra balloons and to add more fullness to the garland.
Cut two long pom pom strings off a pom pom door curtain. Weave the pom poms in and out of the balloon garland, and use tape to adhere to the balloons.
