The saying goes, “Paris is Always a Good Idea”… and we couldn’t agree more! For our recent Parisian Bridal Shower, we wanted to create a chic and elegant backdrop for our dessert buffet. With black and white striped elements, gorgeous floral details and the Eiffel Tower, this Paris inspired sign is the perfect way to make your guests feel like they are enjoying time in the city of love!
Start creating your stylish DIY Floral Frame Paris Backdrop Sign by trimming the Pink Rose Garland into single floral blooms.
Once you have cut apart each of the roses from the Pink Rose Garland, use a dab of hot glue to begin to adhere the individual blooms to the Black Picture Frame Cut Out. This will serve as the main portion of your frame.
Continue adhering the pink roses to the Black Picture Frame Cut Out until you have covered the entire frame.
Create the black and white stripe back portion of the sign. This can be completed in two ways. For our recent Parisian Bridal Shower, we had a large space to fill behind our dessert table. We lined our wall with the Black & White Striped Gossamer Roll and adhered our floral frame to the gossamer. If you are using this sign in a smaller space, you can simply cut a portion of the gossamer and use a few dabs of hot glue or tape to adhere the gossamer to the back of the frame.
Add the “Paris is Always a Good Idea” phrasing to the center of the sign by printing the free printable and securing it in place with double stick tape or a bit of hot glue. We printed our sign on pink pastel paper from the Pastel Paper Pack to get just the right shade of pink. You can print on any color, even white! Simply trim the scrapbook paper to 8.5″ x 11″ and print!
