Using Floor Marking Black Tape, make a rectangle shape on your wall as shown. The rectangle should be about 5' tall and 3 1/2' wide. Test an area on your wall before you start to make sure tape doesn't pull paint off your wall, just to be certain.
Divide your rectangle into 3 even spaces using 2 long pieces of black floor tape. You'll end up creating 3 locker spaces.
Cut 24 pieces of black tape that are 9 inches in length. Attach 4 of the 9" pieces to the wall at the top center of each of the 3 locker spaces, as shown. Repeat this pattern at the bottom center of each locker space.
Attach a 4" strip of black tape to the wall on the right side of each locker space to create a locker handle.
Inflate 10-12 Emerald Green 11" Latex Balloons, Onyx Black 11" Latex Balloons and Football 11" Latex Balloons and attach them to a Balloon Decorating Strip. Hang the decorating strip on your wall above your locker design using Mavalus Tape.
Insert Black Team Spirit Pom-Poms and Green Team Spirit Pom Poms into your balloon garland in various spaces.
Add some fun football-themed inflatables to your balloon installation. Attach Inflatable Black #1 Hands, Inflatable Footballs, and Inflatable Green Go Team Noisemaker Sticks to the balloon garland using Mavalus Tape.
Display Football Photo Stick Props in Black Stadium Horns and Plastic DIY Megaphones for guests to use at the photo booth.
