Download the Free "Go Win" Letter Printables here! Print on white paper and cut out the letters/words.
Place the cut out letters on the Gigantic Felt Sheets and trace with a black Sharpie Fine Point Marker.
Cut out the felt letters.
Hot glue the letters onto the DIY Pennants.
Paint the dowels black with a Sponge Brush and let dry. Hot glue the DIY Pennants to the painted dowel.
