It is important to properly set the scene when hosting a bridal party and we wanted to bring spring indoors for our Rose Gold Spring Bridal Shower by incorporating all that nature has to offer! With a rustic wood inspired wall we knew we wanted to create a farmhouse style garden detail. Using a mix of spring inspired greenery and brightly colored floral blooms, along with enhanced gold hoop decor pieces, we created a climbing garden trellis inspired backdrop perfect for any spring bridal shower.
Start creating your Climbing Garden Trellis Inspired backdrop by lining your wall with Weathered Wood Paper to create a farmhouse look. Use scotch tape or wall safe 3M strips to hold the paper in place.
Bend a Silver Dollar Eucalyptus Garland in half to create a thicker more lush appearance. Twist the ends together.
Bend the Silver Dollar Eucalyptus Garland into the shape of your choosing and adhere in place with Hot Glue or heavy duty tape.
Repeat step two with a second Silver Dollar Eucalyptus Garland, folding it in half and twisting the bottom together. Then, suspend it above the other Silver Dollar Eucalyptus Garland on the backdrop creating the illusion of a climbing plant. Create bends, shapes and arches from the greenery for more optical interest.
Trim pieces of Lamb's Ear and Dusty Miller and adhere them to the backdrop with Hot Glue.
Trim the olives from the Olive Branch Garland and adhere them to the backdrop.
The climbing greenery and bloom portion of the backdrop is now complete and should resemble this bright garden feel.
Trim Lamb's Ear,Dusty Miller , Pink Peonies, Eucalyptus and Dogwood pieces.
Add the extra greenery and florals to two Gold Floral Hoop for a spring-y, garden feel.
Using a 3M hook, hang the Hoops from the backdrop under the climbing greenery and blooms arch.
