Cut different lengths of twine (between 3-6 inches) depending on what lengths you want, then tie a loop onto 5 stretchy bats.

Separate the inner hoop from the outer hoop. Lay looped twine over the inner hoop making sure there is an even space between each one. Once you have each bat in place where you want it, carefully place the outer hoop over the top (with the clasp at the top center) and tighten into place. Trim off any excess twine from the back.

Cut a 10-12 inch length of black and white ribbon and fold in half. The length will determine how long you want your wreath to hang. Hot glue one end over the clasp. Then hot glue the other end over the back of the clasp. This will create the hanger for your wreath. Cut another 12-14 length ribbon and tie it into a classic bow. Hot glue the center of the bow over the center top of the wreath. Trim the tail ends and you may need to hot glue a few spots into place around the wreath for it to drape the way you want.
