Boho meets modern romance with this DIY Heart & Hoops Seating Chart. Combining embroidery hoops with sweet gold heart favor bags make for a unique way to display your bridal shower seating assignments. The fresh gold & white with pops of red adds a touch of romantic whimsy to this modern bridal shower tablescape.
This seating chart is simple to make. Follow these steps and learn how to create your very own DIY Heart & Hoops seating chart.
First, tie Red Single Faced Satin Ribbon around each hoop.
Slip the ribbon between the 2 rings of a Large Embroidery Hoop and tighten the hoop to secure the ribbon in place. Then tie a bow at the top of the hoop.
Repeat this step for the remaining hoops, one hoop per table.
Next, prepare the heart stickers. Take one of the Personalized Heart-Shaped Initial Stickers and cut the rounded edges off to create a geometric heart.
Once you have a geometric heart shape you are happy with you can use this shape as a template.
Place the template on top of the other stickers and cut around the template. This way each geometric heart will be identical. Once finished, place the stickers onto the White Gold Heart Goody Bags, close to the top of the closed bag so that there is room for names to be added.
Print out your guests' names on pieces of cardstock and attach to the White Gold Heart Goody Bags under the geometric heart.
Once complete, place the finished White Gold Heart Goody Bags onto the ribbon tied around the hoop. Position it in the center.
In order to hang the finished hoops onto pegboard, add pegs to the pegboard. At the same time add table numbers to the pegboard. I used gold glitter stickers I, II and III.
Next hang the hoops. Adjust the pegs and position the hoops as necessary.
Finally, add a single carnation to the pegboard hole above the bow. The pegboard is now ready to display. I used an easel to display my chart. A chair or crate would also work to display this DIY Heart & Hoops Seating Chart.
