Trace the flamingo head template found HERE onto a pink felt sheet and the beak and eyelash onto a black felt sheet.
Hot glue the eyelash and the beak onto the head of the flamingo.
Attach a pink feather boa to the neck of the flamingo using a hot glue gun. Set this aside while we work on the skirt portion of the costume.
Next, measure the recipient's waist and add another 10" to that measurement. Measure and cut a strand pink ribbon. Cut 4 pink feather boas in half and hot glue them to the strand of pink ribbon until they cover the entire front of the skirt. Make sure to leave extra ribbon on each side so you're able to tie the feather skirt around the waist.
Place the flamingo head around the shoulders and tuck the rest of the feather boa into the skirt. Add a couple hot pink ostrich feathers into the child's hair and the costume is complete! For a little extra coolness, throw on a pair of hot pink shades. Your little cutie is ready to pop in to all those Halloween parties, trunk or treats and of course, trick or treating on Halloween night!
