Creating a backdrop for a party is great way to set the scene and tone of your event, while adding in some creative and fabulous eye candy as well!  In our recent Mad Hatter Inspired Bridal Shower, we were drawn to both natural, rustic elements along with some more glamorous, vintage pieces of décor and wanted to use both those elements in the backdrop for the party.  With a few rolls of moss, tea party themed décor and a Free Mad Hatter Printable, this backdrop came together faster than you can say curious and curiouser!

Begin by lining the 2 pieces of foam core side by side (long end to long end).  Wrap the seams in 3 to 4 layers of packing tape.  They should be bound tightly together.

Unravel two Moss Table Runnersand lay them across the foam core backing horizontally.  Trim all but about 2 to 3 inches of the Moss Table Runner on all sides.  Adhere the Moss Table Runners using your Hot Glue Gun.  Make sure to press firmly on the moss as you are gluing so it fully adheres to the foam core.

Tape or hot glue the Free Mad Hatter Printable to the Antique Picture Frame Cut Out. We used the smallest, rectangular frame for our backdrop.  Hot Glue it to the center of the moss-covered backdrop.
