Your little guests will love dreaming about all things magic as they snack on delicious popcorn.
Use something round to trace a 3 1/2" circle (the circle does not have to be exactly 3 1/2") onto a black Foam Sheet.
Cut the circle out of the black foam sheet with scissors.
Carefully line one side of one of the ends of your paper strip with hot glue.
Glue the end of the paper strip to the other end of the paper strip.
Carefully apply hot glue to one end of your tube.
Attach the tube to the center of the circle cut out and add red Grossgrain Ribbon to cover the glue.
Line the cups with Small Cellophane Bags and fill with popcorn!
