First, hang the silver fringe curtain behind your TV console. It has an awesome sticky strip at the top that will hold it on the wall perfectly and is easily removed when your party is over. For the balloons, discard the green stem attachments and cut off the attachment hole on the balloon.
Inflate! These self-inflating rose balloons are SUPER SUPER cool! All you do is press really hard to break a little pouch on the inside of the balloon and in seconds it inflates itself!
Add one XL Glue Dot to each rose balloon and press onto the wall/fringe curtain in a random pattern across the entire wall. So fun right!? And that’s all there is to it, told you it was easy!
