A chic and elegant bridal shower theme calls for an equally stylish place setting. For our Parisian Bridal Shower, we wanted a perfectly posh place card holder to coordinate with our glamorous Parisian tablescape, and these DIY Mini Bird Cage Place Card Holders are the epitome of sophistication. They looked gorgeous at our shower! You can easily recreate this luxe look at home with a few simple supplies and only a few minutes!
Start by trimming the stems off of your fresh florals.
Now, begin filling the desired amount of Mini Black Bird Cages with fresh floral blooms. We opted for pink roses to compliment the color palette of our Parisian Bridal Shower tablescape.
Trim an 8 inch piece of ribbon from the Light Pink Single Faced Satin Ribbon Roll and a strand from the White Spool of Pearls.
Secure the pearls onto the ribbon with a tight, small knot. Slip the ribbon through the cage and tie another small knot to keep it in place.
Cut a piece of silver glittered card stock to 1″ by 2.5″ and a strip of pink paper from the Pastel Paper Pack to a slightly smaller size. This will serve as your place card.
Center the light pink piece on top of the silver card stock piece and hot glue in place.
Once the hot glue is completely dry, write the guest’s name on the place card.
Next, use another dab of hot glue to adhere the corner of the place card to the Light Pink Single Faced Satin Ribbon on your birdcage.
Lastly, display each DIY Mini Bird Cage Place Card Holder at each place setting at your Parisian Bridal Shower and enjoy!
