Print out the free printable balloon templates. Use the templates to cut out all the pieces to make the balloons. Here are all the pieces and coordinating colors that you'll be cutting out of construction paper. You will need white, black, green, and pink construction paper. Reference the finished photo of each balloon above to see how many pieces you'll need to cut out per balloon.
I added a piece of gold foil vinyl to the inside of the cat ears, the Frankenstein scar, and the pumpkin nose. To do this, remove the paper backing from the gold foil and press onto one of your construction paper pieces. Cut the excess gold foil.
Blow up a green, orange, and black balloon. You can blow them up with air and use a balloon stick to hold them or use a helium tank with some ribbon to hold them, whichever you prefer.
Use tacky glue to adhere each construction paper piece to the correct balloon to make Frankenstein, a pumpkin, and a black cat.
