Paint your Orange Craft Pumpkin all white with white craft paint from the 8 oz Color Acrylic Paint Set using a Sponge Paint Brush.
Once the white paint is dry, paint a black circle about 3 1/2" wide on the front of the pumpkin using black paint from the 8 oz Color Acrylic Paint Set.
Cut a piece of Black Pacon® Riverside® 9" x 12" Heavyweight Construction Paper in half, lengthwise.
Make 1/2" cuts up your paper strip
Using tape, attach your cut paper strip to the front of the pumpkin above the painted black circle as shown. Fold the individual paper strips upward to create an eyelash look.
