Using the pink wired ribbon, wrap the entire foam wreath tightly until fully covered. Secure the end of the ribbon with hot glue.
Fully assemble each paper lantern by inserting the metal frames included in the Polka Dot Paper Lanterns with Flowers set. The set also comes with all three lanterns in three different sizes and paper leaf cutouts for $8.50. What a steal!
Set the largest paper lantern on top of the foam wreath base. Continue to stack the next two lanterns on top of each other, securing the base of each lantern with hot glue.
Stick leaf cutouts onto the lanterns. Each flower leaf cutout comes with a self-adhesive tab on the back.
