Put a pastel twist on Halloween this year by making your own DIY witch's broomstick! This broomstick is perfect for a photo prop, playing dress up, party decor and more! Here's how to get started.
Start by collecting sticks around your neighborhood for the handle of your broomstick. Paint with matte Acrylic Paint.
Cut an entire Pink Tulle Roll into 30 inch pieces. Divide tulle into 4 equal sections. Fold each section of tulle in half and rubber band them to the stick with the loose ends facing backwards UP the stick. These will be placed around the stick so it is even.
Once all tulle is attached, fold it down the broomstick over itself and rubber band them again.
Take individual iridescent fringe and tissue paper fringe from the Ginger Ray Iridescent Tassel Garland and layer them by hot gluing 3 pieces together. You will need 4 of these layered pieces in total.
Hot glue the fringe layers one at a time around the broom brush. Don't be nervous to glue right along the rubber band line.
Add a final touch with a sparkly piece of trim or glue individual Pastel Jewels on top of the rubber band so that it's no longer showing.
