While the paint is drying, cut nine 14 inch pieces of craft wire. Twist three stands of wire together to create one stronger wire. Repeat with the remaining six wires, creating three twisted wires total. This will be the top three wires to hold up the photo holder.
Next, cut six 10 inch lengths of craft wire. Twist two strands together, making three twisted wires total. These will be used to connect the medium hoop to the larger hoop.
Lastly, cut three 10 inch lengths of craft wire and set aside. These single strands will be used to connect the smallest hoop to the medium hoop.
Starting with the 14-inch wires, wrap the end of the wire around the largest hoop. Repeat with the remaining two twisted wires, attaching them so the hoop balances evenly. Twist all three ends together to make a loop for hanging.
Wrap the 10-inch twisted wires around the middle-sized embroidery hoop and wrap the other ends to the larger hoop. Adjust as needed to ensure the hoop hangs straight.
Wrap the remaining single wires around the smallest hoop and attach the other ends to the middle-sized loop, creating the chandelier look. Straighten as needed.
Next, attach Mini Clothespins around the three hoops with hot glue. Make sure to space them evenly to allow for your photos. Attach your photos.
Next, proudly hang your new photo display in your favorite space!
