Give your spring or summer wedding a whimsical touch with these delightful DIY pinwheel favor boxes. Use a paper trimmer to cut 3.5″ squares from the cardstock colors of your choice.
Use a pencil and a ruler to lightly draw a line from one corner to the other to form an ‘X’. Don’t worry, you won’t see the drawn pencil lines once the favors are all done.
Using the drawn lines as a guide, cut a slit into the cardstock on each of the corners of the paper, making sure not to cut the middle section.
Use a glue dot or hot glue to adhere a button to the middle of the finished paper pinwheel. Glue the pinwheel to the top of a mini favor box.
