Hang a cluster of Yellow Balloons, Blue Balloons, White Balloons, Police Balloons, Black Striped Paper Lanterns, Yellow Paper Lanterns and Blue Paper Lanterns.
Spell out POLICE STATION using the Black Bulletin Board Letters.
Download the Free Banner Template then print out on White Cardstock. Cut and punch corners with a hole punch. Attach the Black Bulletin Board Letters to the center of the banner pennants with Double Sided Foam Tape.
