Begin by attaching a piece of Balloon Decorating Strip to your wall then use your Balloon Air Pump to inflate the Pastel Pink Balloons to their full size. Attach balloons to the Decorating Strip.
Inflate a few Mint Blue and White Latex Balloons to their full size and attach them to the Decorating Strip.
Intertwine the Gold Tinsel Garland throughout the balloons.
Use a Low-Temperature Hot Glue Gun to attach the Jumbo Foam Reindeer Head Shapes to various balloons across the garland.
Add a coat of Mint Acrylic Paint to a few Clear Christmas Tree Ornaments and then adhere to the balloons and garland using Hot Glue.
Tuck Snowy Pine Picks in between balloons for a frosty touch.
