Assemble the large backdrop banner frame. It's super sturdy and snaps together quickly. The great thing about the way it goes together is if you have low ceilings or you don't want to make it a full 9 feet wide, you can just leave segments out. Very versatile.
Cut and staple your ribbons onto the backdrop! Cut each ribbon, double the height of your backdrop and then drape them evenly over the top bar, then staple to secure. Start with the widest ribbons/lace first and work down to the smallest.
Keep adding ribbons! Scrunch ribbon/lace together to make room for more. Cut and staple until you're happy with the fullness of the flowy ribbons, even adding ribbon on top of ribbon.
