Instead of spending time coloring, wouldn't it be more fun to create beautiful jewel art? You had me at jewel. I love anything shimmery and sparkly. My kids do, too. This is a fun activity that kids can do on their own. It also takes time for little fingers to peel off the backing from the adhesive jewels.
