We might have a slight obsession with metallics and sequins. We try to incorporate them in a lot of our parties! When we were styling our Mod & Merry Cocktail Party and saw all the fun colors in the decor, we knew sequins were going to play a fun part in one of our DIYs! This quick and easy project will add the perfect touch of glam to any party this holiday season. Find out how to make yours now!

Step

Find the red, pink, blue and green sequins from the Bright Sequin Assortment and combine in a small bowl. Make sure to mix them really well! The more mixed they are, the more fabulous they will look in your ornament!

Take apart the DIY Clear Ornament and fill both halves of the Ornament almost completely full of sequins.

Step

Take the two halves of the Ornament and clasp them together. Don’t worry, you’re going to lose a few sequins along the way–but there are plenty more where that came from!

Measure and cut the Metallic Trim so it runs from the top center of the Ornament to the bottom center of the Ornament on either side. You can simply follow the seam of the Ornament as a guiding point for the first two strips. Hot Glue both edges of the Trim to the Ornament.

Repeat this same step running the opposite direction across the Ornament with two new pieces of Trim.

Add four more pieces of Trim, equally divided, so there are eight trimmed sections to your ornament. You have now completed your gorgeous, DIY sequin ornament decor!
