Fill your Medium Clear Cellophane Gift Bags with Halloween-Shaped Candy Fun Packs and Halloween Hard Candy Sticks.
Place a Skeleton Hand Back Scratcher in the bag after the candy. If you're concerned about food safety, simply tie the skeleton hand to the outside of the bag so it isn't touching the candy.
