First, measure out the placement of the letters ("SPELLS") that will be burnt into the top of the DIY Unfinished Wood Recipe Boxes. Next, place Uppercase Alphabet Hot Stamps Set onto the Creative Versa-Tool® and burn the letters into the box. Follow the enclosed instructions and safety guidelines when using the tool.
Next, using a rag apply a burgundy wood stain to the boxes. Apply inside and outside of the box. Apply additional coats to achieve a darker color.
Next, apply a coat of spray adhesive and blow a small amount of Gold Glitter over the box.
Next, spray paint a Pink Hydrangea Mat burgundy or blood-red. Then remove the blooms from the mat.
Glue a single bloom onto the top outside corner of the spell box.
Place a small piece of black fabric such as velvet or satin in the bottom of the box.
Next, glue a Mini Grapevine Heart into the inside lid of the box. Then, download the free intention spells printable here. Print, cut out a single spell and glue inside the heart.
Next, spray paint the lid of a Mini Mason Favor Jar gold. Fill the jar with a dried floral such as rose petals. Next, fill a Corked Glass Bottle with Champagne Crystals.
Place the petals and crystals inside the box in addition to a White Tea Light Candle, dried herbs, crystals and a palo santo burning stick.
Once the box is filled close it and glue another Mini Grapevine Heart to the outside as a closing latch. Your guests will love this beautiful spell-box favor.
