Download the Free Hello Spring Printable here! Print it on your transfer paper and cut around the design, leaving about half an inch around the words.
Place the design, face down (which will read correctly to you) in the center of your canvas banner.
Follow the directions on the transfer paper and iron on the design.
Gently peel off the transfer paper to reveal your ironed-on design!
Now it's time to make your wool felt ball garland! Using an embroidery needle and thread, simply slide the needle through the wool felt pom pom's centers. Continue to add them until you have your desired length.
Tie your garland onto each end of your banner. I added a dab of hot glue to each knot to keep it even more secure.
