Organize your home and make it look cute at the same time by crafting this DIY Spring Cork Message Center. Featuring magnets and cork board, it’s a perfect place to display family photos or to just hold your grocery list. The soft pastel colors will look great with your spring and Easter décor or switch it up to make it match your own home’s color palette.
To make the metal message board, cut 2 adhesive cork sheets to 10” square and adhere one on top of the other, reinforcing the adhesive with a few shots of hot glue. Adhere the cork sheets to the Large Scalloped Tin.
To make the dots, dip a small round dauber into acrylic paint. Pounce the dauber onto the cork into a fun pattern. Make the dots all one color or add some whimsy and use multiple colors! Allow time for the paint to dry.
Use a craft knife to carefully cut 2 wine corks in half. Paint the tops of the corks using acrylic paint and a flat bristled paint brush. Use hot glue to adhere a round magnet to the back of the corks.
