A parasol is a must-have decoration for any tea party and can be easily created at home! First, fully open the white lace parasol and, using your hot glue gun, begin to adhere the faux flowers around the edge of the parasol with a bead of hot glue. Alternate the sizes of faux flowers and the greenery pieces that come with them for a beautiful vintage look on your chandelier.
Continue to adhere the faux flowers and greenery around the perimeter of the parasol until both ends meet and it is completely covered.
You can add a few extra faux flowers and greens to the pointed tip of your parasol for an extra special look when your parasol is open.
Now, begin to weave the pearl cording from one point of the parasol to the next, leaving enough slack to create a U shape between each point. Continue around the full perimeter of the parasol until there is a U shape of pearls between each and every tip.
Lastly, suspend your parasol above a tea cart or a dessert buffet!
