Add a splash of color and tropical flair to your place settings with these simple and chic DIY Place Cards! Vibrant pink, orange and yellow will brighten up classic settings and truly bring your tropical theme to life. Follow these few simple steps to create your own!
Begin by picking out a font for your place cards then print out each guest's name so you have a guide to trace. Place the paper with the name under one of the hexagon place cards.
Using a color coordinating fine point Sharpie Marker, trace the person's name onto the place card. You can retrace this a few times to get the depth of color you would like.
Turn the place card over and add a layer of yellow acrylic paint. Allow the paint time to dry then add a second layer of paint. Let dry.
Once dry, place on a white elegant plastic plate along with a Phaleanopsis bloom and a few tropical leaves from the Plumeria garland to create a beautiful, tropical place setting.
