We incorporate flowers as much as possible into our wedding tablescapes and love showcasing them in new and unique ways. We used a few fabulous products to create these DIY Hexagon Floral Box Centerpieces and simply adore how they turned out! Read below to see how to make yours now!
Use a miniature Phillips-Head Screwdriver to remove the hinge from the DIY Unfinished Wood Hexagon Boxes and separate the lid from the base. We will only be using the base for this DIY project, but make sure to hang on to the lids for any future DIYs!
Using the foam paintbrush, paint the bottom portion of the DIY Unfinished Wood Hexagon BoxesPink. It should only take two coats of paint to fully cover the box.
Next, fill the box about halfway with Silver/Grey Pearl Beads.
Take your fresh flowers and cut them so each bloom as approximately 1-1/2″ of stem remaining. Make a small floral arrangement in the bead-filled-box. The beads will keep the flowers in place and add a lovely element to the DIY!
Lastly, place the floral filled hexagon box on a White Candle Holder. You can glue it down if you so wish.
We created six of these DIY Floral Hexagon Boxes to serve as the main table decor at our Pink and Gray Modern Wedding! This was simple and chic way to bring a pop of soft pink into our decor. And we just adored the soft, contemporary ambiance it brought to the table!
