Soak the floral foam in a bucket of water. Slice the block into thirds the long way. Cut those thinner pieces to fit into the wooden tray, like a jigsaw puzzle. You can soak the foam and make these centerpieces up to 3 days before your wedding if you keep them in a cool, dark place.
Start adding your greens. Fill in the foam with all of your greenery, creating the height that you want your wildflower centerpiece to be.
Start adding flowers in random pattern at a variety of heights to create a “straight from the garden” aesthetic.
