This fun Halloween garland is the perfect addition to a Witch or Wizard Themed Gender Reveal Party! Full of purple and green tissue tassels, tulle pom-poms, witch cutouts and wizard glasses, this garland is an easy DIY project that will take your Halloween gender reveal party to the next level.
Lay a purple tissue tassel garland on top of a black tissue tassel garland so that the black tassels are peaking through the spaces of the purple garland tassels. Add staples along the clear plastic to attach the two garlands together and create one new purple and black garland.
Fluff up 3 lime green tulle pom-poms and tie them to the garland. Make sure to evenly space the pom-poms along the entire garland.
Remove the witch cutouts from the Goofy Ghouls Hanging Decorationsand staple them to the garland.
Bunch up some white tulle (I cut some off of a white tulle pom-pom) and staple it to the garland. Hang a pair of wizard glasses over the spots where you add the white tulle. This helps the glasses pop against the garland so they don't get lost against the dark black and purple tassels.
