Start by cutting strips of green streamers about 5 inches. Each carrot will take 4 pieces of streamer.
Take the sharp ends of scissors and poke a hole into the top of the foam cone. Twist the scissors a bit to make the hole a bit bigger.
Twist the ends of the streamers together.
Poke into the hole on the top of the cone using the scissors.
Add a dot of hot glue at the tip of the cone. Start wrapping the yarn around the cone. After wrapping a few times, add a bit more glue. Continue this until you get to the top.
Continue wrapping around the tip until you meet the streamers in the center.
