Are you hosting a Drive-By Graduation Party for your graduate this year? Consider including a favor table in your setup! Not only is it fun to hand out a little treat to your guests that drive by, the table serves as a pretty decoration for the celebration! Follow the steps below to learn how to style a gorgeous table with individually wrapped, super adorable goodies that promote safe practices and low contact.
Let's begin by packaging all of the favors. First, use food safe gloves to add treats to Congrats Grad Party Paper Treat Bags. We stuffed our bags with mini doughnuts. Secure the bags closed with the graduation cap stickers that are included with the bags. You can also use double-sided tape for a more permanent seal so your treats stay fresh longer.
Next, fill Medium Clear Cellophane Gift Bags with treats. We filled our bags with confetti popcorn which is simply popcorn drizzled with colorful, melted chocolate then topped with sprinkles. Tie the bags securely closed with Silver Elastic Cording.
Print and cut out the Personalized Graduation Favor Tags, then use a standard hole punch to add a hole to the top of the tag. Tie the tag onto the silver cording, or attach with a decorative ribbon, if you'd prefer. Loop a Fiesta Tassel Earring through the hole of the tag and secure in the back with tape.
Fill Congrats Girl Graduation Party Paper Cups about 3/4 full with white or Iridescent Metallic Shred.
Print and cut out the Printable Thank You Tags. Punch a hole in both the right side of the cup and the short, straight edge of the favor tag. Tie the tag onto the cup using more of the Silver Elastic Cording.
Next, insert Congrats Girl Grad Party Picks into cupcakes. Carefully place the cupcakes at the bottom of Medium Clear Cellophane Gift Bags, then tie securely closed with silver cording.
Place the wrapped cupcakes securely inside the prepared cups.
Print and frame the Printable Favor Sign and place it in the center of your table. Arrange treats on the table around the sign, using Black Buffet Risers to display the treats at varying heights. Add fresh flowers to Clear Bulb Shape Bud Vases and arrange them amid the goodies. Add Congrats Girl Paper Dessert Plates and Congrats Girl Luncheon Napkins for anyone that may need them. Now you have a gorgeous table that doubles as party decor, and you have amazing treats to give to your guests for sharing in your celebration!
