When planning a playdate, we always look for recipes that are quick, easy and delicious, so this Bunny Bait popcorn mix was the perfect fit! Just take ordinary, unsalted popcorn and jazz it up with some cute candies and sprinkles, serve it in a bunny-decorated popcorn box and you’ll have the perfect Easter-themed snack!
- 1 Bag Natural Popcorn
- 1 Cup White Melting Chocolate
- 1 Tbsp. Canola Oil
- Duck and Bunny-Shaped Hard Candies
- Pink Sugar Crystals
- Rainbow Sprinkles
Add 1 Tbsp. of canola oil to the white, melting chocolate. This will thin the chocolate out to make for easier coverage of the popcorn. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute then stir. Heat for another minute and stir again. Your chocolate should be fully melted.
Pour the melted chocolate over the popcorn and mix until evenly coated.
Sprinkle on the pink sugar crystals and rainbow sprinkles and mix.
Add in the Duck & Bunny Hard Candies.
Fill up your decorated bunny popcorn boxes and enjoy! This snack was a huge hit at our Easter Playdate!
