Is there anything better than a cute dessert, and one that can double as cute table decor as well? These Marshmallow Birds' Nests are just that! Simple and easy with only 4 ingredients, you can make these with your kids! So head to the store, pick up these easy to find ingredients, and let's get started.
- 1 12oz Bag Chow Mein Noodles
- 1 10oz Bag Mini Marshmallows
- 1/2 Stick of Butter
- 1 10oz Bag Chocolate Eggs
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt 1/2 stick of butter.
Add in mini marshmallows and stir until melted.
Remove from heat. Add a bag of Chow Mein Noodles to the melted marshmallow mixture.
Gently stir noodles until they are all coated.
Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray, and add chow mein mallow mixture to each cup. Gently push down into each cup forming a small dip in the center. Let cool.
Remove nests from muffin tin, and add chocolate covered eggs to each. You could also use jelly beans or even a chick Peep. Place these on a cute tray for display, or use and place cards on your Easter table!
