- 1.5 c. Bright White Chocolate Wafers
- 1 c. Light Blue Chocolate Wafers
- 1 c. Pink Chocolate Wafers
- Colored Sprinkles of Your Choice
Lay parchment paper on a baking sheet or cutting board. Melt the white chocolate wafers according to the directions on the package. Use a spoon to drop large circles of the white chocolate spaced out on the parchment paper.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 with all of your different colors. Be sure to space the colors out If you want more of a swirl look use more of the white than you do the colors.
TIP - Do these steps quickly so you do not have your chocolate on the parchement paper hardening before you can mix it all together.
Use a fork to lightly spread the colors together. Shake the pan and lightly bang it down so the fork lines and bubbles go away. You should have a smooth looking unified chocolate piece.
Add your sprinkles quickly before the chocolate hardens.
Place in freezer for 10-20 minutes or until fully hard. Break into pieces and eat.
