Fudge is such a decadent treat. Personally, I think everyone should eat it year round. It doesn’t have to be just for the holidays either. This Easy Mini Peppermint Fudge only requires a few ingredients and is super quick to make. You could also alter this recipe by adding in different cookies or extract flavors.
- 1 Bag White Chocolate Chips
- 12 Peppermint Cookies
- 1 Tub Vanilla Frosting
- 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
- Sprinkles
Melt white chocolate in the microwave for approximately 2 minutes. Stop and stir every 30 seconds.
Stir in vanilla frosting. Add in 1 tsp of peppermint extract
Finley chop peppermint cookies. Add them to the chocolate and frosting mixture. Mix well.
Spoon fudge mixture into square mini pan. I used a Wilton silicone pan for easy removal.
Add chopped cookies and sprinkles to top of fudge. Place fudge into freezer to quickest about 5-10 minutes.
