My daughters love making their own headbands! For Halloween we decided to make cute witch hat headbands. They are absolutely adorable and can be worn with any witch costume. All it takes is a little felt, some hot glue and cute Halloween embellishments.
Cut two circles from the black felt. Use a cookie cutter, glass or bowl for your template. The larger the circles the larger the hat. Cut a slit down to the center of one of the circles.
Wrap the circle around in a cone shape and hot glue together.
Glue the orange rick rack around the base of your felt cone, and then glue the cone shape to the remaining circle base.
Choose your Halloween embellishments to add to your witch hat. We chose the spider web and jack-o’-lantern. Simply poke the brads through the felt.
Attach witch hat to the black fabric headband with hot glue. Let it dry, and then it’s ready to wear!
