Ingredients:
- Cupcakes
- Icing
- Red Food Coloring
- Red Sugar Sprinkles
- Candy Eyeballs
- Orange Jelly Beans
- Oreo Cookies

Start by tinting homemade or store bought icing with red food coloring. Stir to blend in well.

Frost the cupcake using a knife or spatula. No need for special tools!

Cover with red sugar sprinkles for Elmo's "fur".

Separate a few Oreo cookies and cut in half.

Place a half of the cookie on the cupcake for Elmo's mouth.

Add candy eyeballs.

Finish with an Orange Jelly Bean nose.
