You won't mind having these creepy crawly spiders around. This adorable Embroidery Hoop Spider Web Kids Craft is a fun and easy craft that you and your kids can make together.
Begin by taking the end of a strand of white embroidery floss and tie it to around the top of an embroidery hoop. Make sure the knot is nice and secure.
Take the embroidery floss down and around the embroidery hoop and wrap it around to secure the floss in place. Continue until you have woven a web.
Once the web is complete, tie the floss off. Make sure that you get it tied off as tightly as possible so that the web doesn't stretch or move.
Now that the web is complete, I'll show you how to create the spiders. Take a medium-sized craft pom pom and glue on some wiggle eyes. I used a glue gun to help my kids glue these on.
Next, you'll cut a Chenille Stem into 4 even pieces. Do this by folding the chenille stem in half and cutting, and then cutting each half into half. Using the hot glue gun, glue the Chenille Stem legs onto the bottom of the black pom pom.
Now all you need to do is hot glue that cute little spider onto the embroidery hoop and your craft is all done. Your kids will have so much fun displaying these for Halloween.
