Fold your green felt in half lengthwise.
Begin at the top center point and start to draw the shape of one half of a Christmas tree. It doesn’t have to be perfect and you can correct your drawing as you go. I like to end the bottom with a trunk so just draw a line going down after your last row of branches.
Download the Free Christmas Tree Printable. Cut the paper tree shape and trace it onto felt with a permanent marker. Cut out the felt shape with scissors.
Gather all of your felt tree decorating supplies. The options are endless when it comes to what you could use, but we choose Holiday Stickles Glitter Glue Set, Holiday Bag of Buttons, Nordic Washi Tape, and Glitter Pom-Poms. I used Glue Dots to adhere the buttons and pom-poms.
